Samridhi can provide growth capital to enterprises through a variety of funding instruments, viz., Equity and Convertible Instruments. Please note that the fund has completed its investment phase. Therefore, the fund is no longer soliciting new investment proposals.

Investment is made by way of equity and equity type instruments. Financial structuring is done on a case to case basis keeping in view factors like risk perception, growth potential, equity base and market condition. SVCL also co-invests with other VC funds. SVCL does not take a majority stake in a Company.

Samridhi acts as a partner in its investee companies and takes on a Board seat. The Board seat is primarily to ensure transparency of operation, acting as a sounding board for the strategies/ key business decisions, helping the company to scale their operations and focus their efforts on improving ESG impact.
